I care about how design functions. Not how it looks on its own, but how it holds up when it's deployed, scaled, and used by real people. Good design makes things easier. That's the measure I work against.
With 9+ years across print and digital, I specialize in campaign design, publication layout, presentation systems, UI/UX, and AI brand photography. Based in Arkansas, available remotely nationwide.
Design is not decoration. It's a system for communicating something clearly. My job is to figure out what the content needs, build the structure around it, and make sure every decision can be explained.
I work closely with teams and clients, sharing early, asking better questions, and staying organized through every revision. The process should be as clear as the final work.
Outside of client work, I keep my eye sharp through photography and typographic research. Slowing down is part of the practice.
How I work
The process is structured. The output is consistent. Every step has a reason.
1. Discovery
Listening carefully, asking better questions, and separating what the client says they want from what the work actually needs.
2. Research & Inspiration
References, moodboards, and structural analysis. This is where the visual logic starts to take shape.
3. Concept Development
Building frameworks, testing hierarchy, and refining until the structure holds. No decorative decisions until the foundation is right.
4. Collaboration & Feedback
Sharing early. Gathering input before going deep. Clear communication at every stage keeps the final work from being a surprise.
5. Refinement & Delivery
Tightening proportions, adjusting spacing, verifying consistency. Production-ready files, prepared carefully for handoff.
