Employer: Bank OZK – Learning & Development Department
As part of my role in Bank OZK’s Learning & Development team, I designed a visually engaging card game to help bankers improve their ability to recognize and recommend the right products and services for clients. This gamified approach was developed as an interactive learning tool to enhance referral skills in a more engaging and memorable way.
Collaboration & Development
This project was a collaborative effort within the Learning & Development department. The Instructional Designers structured the game mechanics and learning objectives, while I was responsible for creating the visual design and packaging to ensure the game was intuitive, engaging, and aligned with Bank OZK’s brand.
Game Concept & Inclusive Design
The game consists of realistic customer scenarios with fictitious clients representing diverse backgrounds, ensuring that training reflects inclusivity and real-world interactions. We carefully selected a variety of personas to help bankers recognize and respond to different customer needs.

Execution & Materials
Card Design: Developed a structured and intuitive layout to optimize readability and ease of use.
Box Packaging: Designed an eye-catching, durable game box that aligned with Bank OZK’s professional branding while maintaining an element of fun.
